LICENSE.
You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use this version of ConsignmentTill, hereafter referred to as ‘the Software’.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
Should the Software prove defective, you alone shall assume the cost of any service, repair or debt.
SCOPE OF THIS GRANT:
You may:
– use the Software at a single location (address) only.
– copy the Software for backup and archival purposes only.
You may not:
– permit other individuals or companies to use the Software.
– remove any proprietary notices from the Software and associated files.
– modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.
– rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software without written permission from The Author.
– make available either intentionally or otherwise your registration details to other persons.
– use the software contrary to acceptable use policies.
SUPPORT SERVICES:
Free support (if offered) is only available (to the company) if original owner (person or persons) remain the majority owner of the company and are easily accessible to RJFSOFT support staff. If the company holding the license is sold, the new owner would need to pay support fees.
Support may be denied to a merchant who has altered (in any way) the software’s DATABASE by any other means other than ConsignmentTill software.
TITLE.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain vested in The Author. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically and the software unregistered if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions. The license may be terminated by either party at any time and without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RJFSOFT, THE AUTHOR, SUPPLIERS AND OR RESELLERS OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER.
